Your mindful is a meditation and mindfulness company focused on teaching busy people working 9-5 how to change their lives with just 5 minutes a day!
Pre-session
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive your onboarding package complete with a confirmation of your preferred date and time, intake form, FAQ and calendar invite template for your team.
During Session
Every session includes a brief tutorial and closing Q&A (for live questions and questions received via the intake form) to ensure everyone leaves understanding a bit more about meditation and mindfulness.
Post-Session
Once the session is over, we will review the outtake survey and develop a report. The anonymous results will be visualized for your team’s use to understand what your team needs.

Congrats! After your session is booked we will send a confirmation package with all of the details you need to send your employees. That includes a mandatory intake form, Zoom link(s) and tips on how to get the most out of the session(s). 2 days before your session we will send along a reminder. After your session we will send along your report.

For online sessions, we will host on Zoom or Google hangouts. Your session time is indicated in your welcome email and in the calendar invitation you have received. If you would like to adjust/change your session time, please contact us at hello@yourmindful.com

At Your Mindful we are experienced with teaching students with disclosed and undisclosed disabilities. We work to create an inclusive space for all participating and use closed captioning, visual aids, inclusive language and other ways of insuring all participants feel welcome. If you require any accommodations please reach out before your session and we will do everything within our power to create an inclusive space for you.

Your Mindful was made with busy people working 9-5 (with little time to meditate) in mind. We have taught remote sessions for clients in major cities like London, New York, Toronto, Los Angeles and Vancouver. Our content focuses on women and non-binary people, but anyone can participate in Your Mindful sessions.

Absolutely! We love newbies here at Your Mindful. If you’ve never meditated before, OR you’ve tried it and felt you couldn’t do it that’s ok! We inspire people to try different forms of meditation until they find their right fit.
